The Paid Promotion Weekly Wrap Up November 28, 2021
I want to welcome the new paid and free subscribers that have joined this week. It truly means a lot to me. These Saturday or Sunday postings will be a free weekly series that will catch you up on recent paid promotions ran during the week, news and stock performance from prior paid promotions. I plan to write more about trends, the different players involved, and deeper analysis of the targeted companies from the paid stock promotions. Any comments or feedback is appreciated.
The big mover last week was $KTTA Pasithea Therapeutics which was the subject of a lot of recent paid promotion.
Price and volume absolutely exploded on Tuesday when the company announced Esketamine Nasal Spray to its Clinic Offerings in the U.K. $KTTA used the sudden increase in price and volume to drop an offering on traders. The company raised $30.4M through EF Hutton selling 8.68M shares + a full warrant at $3.50. Amazingly the stock didn’t drop under the offering price on Wednesday and closed back over $4.00 to close the week.
I am frequently asked how investors and traders might use the Paid Promotion Newsletter. I think it is very helpful evaluating potential investments or trades with the knowledge the company has been the subject of paid promotions. I unfortunately was not able to locate a borrow to short the spike knowing a cash raise was probably not far away, which would have been very profitable to cover into. If I was long into the press release and knew about the paid promotions I would of had my finger on the sell button ready to pull the trigger. I am curious if readers would like me to flag situations like this and send out an email alert with a quick writeup.
Weirdly, I believe $KTTA might have reached “meme stock” status and could rip right back to the recent highs from last week if the company continues to put out more press releases. Even with the recent increase in shares outstanding it remains quite small at 21M shares + 8.68M warrants. I am really interested watching the first hour of trading tomorrow morning to see if a trade opportunity presents itself on the long side.
The rest of the paid promotion watchlist was pretty ugly as the covid omicron created a broad market selloff. Losers included $URYL down 29%, $SVFD down 21%, $SYTA down 16%, $STAL down 13%, $GSPT down 11%, $XXII down 10%, and $BSGM down 8%.
Sunday Night Promo:
I received a $10,000 paid promotion on $TQLB, a supplement company based in Colorado that sports a $1.7M market cap and financial statements that are pretty miserable.

I also received teaser promotions for at least one new promotion which will have coverage for paid subscribers out tomorrow. I am expecting the paid promotions to really pick up steam as we head into the holiday season.
