The Paid Promotion Weekly Wrap Up January 10, 2022
New Paid Stock Promotions in $SPRC, $SFET, and $MYNZ ; News/Filings ; Teasers for Monday Morning
Welcome the new paid and free subscribers that have joined this week. A fast start to the new year with three new paid promotions. I want to welcome KWESST $KWEMF to the Hall of Shame for being on good behavior without a paid promotion in the last three months.
There were three new paid stock promotions for the week. Another round of promotion in Mainz Biomed $MYNZ by two different promoters. New entrants to the paid promotion newsletter in Safe-T Group $SFET and SciSparc Ltd $SPRC. I covered all three for paid subscribers.
News and Filings:
Hoth Therapeutics $HOTH ($22.8M) had a great week closing up 44.4% and was up over 115% at one point on January 4th after announcing proof-of-concept data generated using an Alzheimer's disease mouse model, supporting the therapeutic potential of HT-ALZ.
Mainz Biomed $MYNZ ($162.7M) also had a fantastic week closing up the week 33.8% and was also up over 100% in the premarket after announcing an acquisition of exclusive rights to novel mRNA biomarkers from Socpra Sciences Santé Et Humaines S.E.C. I am kicking myself for not taking my advice in my December coverage of $MYNZ to consider it as a long idea, which would have been an easy double.
Ms Young Adventure Enterprises $MSYN (16.5M) rallied back after getting crushed to end 2021 with a 30% move higher.
Medigus LTD $MDGS (174.6M) finally bounced 14% for the week and was quite active announcing their 47.69% owned subsidiary Eventer Technologies submitted a confidential draft registration statement for a US IPO. $MDGS also filed a 6K disclosing the Tel Aviv District Court approved the motion for a $3M stock buyback, which is limited to 90 days.
Siyata Mobile $SYTA ($10.0M) was crushed 50% for the week after announcing a $20M public offering through Maxim LLC. 8,695,652 common shares at $2.30 with a prefunded warrant.
AutoWeb $AUTO (43.5M) appointed Carlton Hamer as an EVP and Chief Financial Officer on January 7, 2022.
Muscle Maker, Inc also announced a new Chief Financial Officer adding Jennifer Black who replaced Ferdinand Groenewald.
This weeks paid promotion subject SciSparc $SPRC ($14.4M) announced the recruitment of their first patient for their Phase IIa clinical trial for Alzhemier’s at the Israeli Medical Center. $SPRC also announced they were issued US Patent 11,207,290 “Combinations of cannabinoids and N-acylethanolamines” on January 4th.
Teasers for Monday Morning:
One of the paid promotions looks to have goofed and sent out an incomplete paid promotion early Sunday evening. This promoter is known to release the new promotions promptly at 9:30am EST and gives me a nice head start on my coverage.
