A bounce back week for Blockchain patents with 28 issued this week. Advanced New Technologies continues to add more with six this week. IBM also with a big blockchain patent week with six. A few new names on the list in Worldpay LLC and Nucleus Vision LLC. There were 16 new electric vehicle patents. Micron $MU getting in the Electric Vehicle category with a “Charging Station System” patent this week
A step back in the number of LIDAR patents this week with only six. Aeva Inc $AEVA was issued two this week.

$KOSS Corp filed a new patent case in the Southern District of California versus PEAG LLC on June 25, 2021. Four patents asserted in the litigation.
VOIP-PAL $VPLM filed a new round of litigation in the Western District of Texas hoping to get some better luck on June 25, 2021. Defendants include Amazon, AT&T, Apple, Facebook, Google, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
