The table below are some of the top Assignees of the week.

The top ten shortest time to patent grant for the week was between 89 and 125 days. Well done to the teams!
A few new patent grants to report for the week:
Anavex Life Sciences Corp ($AVXL) was issued patent 10,966,952 “Crystal forms of tetrahydro-n,n-dimethyl-2,2-diphenyl-3-furanmethanamine hydrochloride, processes of making such forms, and their pharmaceutical compositions”. A child patent that I believe covers their formulation for an Alzheimer's disease treatment.
Nio USA Inc ($NIO) was issued patent 10,970,746 “Autonomy first route optimization for autonomous vehicles”. A parent patent that covers optimizing a route for an autonomous vehicle by scoring system to find viable routes for the autonomous vehicle. This patent grant is the 19th for the first named inventor.
Palantir Technologies, Inc. ($PLTR) has been on a roll with another five patent grants this week.
Uber Technologies ($UBER) was issued three patents this week. I found patent 10,969,782 the most interesting, with the first named inventors work extremely impressive. She has moved to Facebook per her linkedin profile. If I was a silicon valley VC I would be trying to get a meeting setup to find out what ideas she has that have been killed by middle management over the years.
In PIPCO news, Netlist ($NLST) announced they settled their patent litigation campaign with SK hynix and entered into a strategic agreement. I was pretty surprised with the news and thought this litigation would drag out for years. Congrats to everyone involved.
Have a great rest of the week!
